As a member of Primavera's Industry Marketing team, Mike is concerned with understanding how software tools and effective methodologies can support project leaders, business managers and product development teams. This insight is used to ensure Primavera's software accurately reflects the needs of high-tech, R&D and manufacturing organisations. Mike regularly speaks on subjects ranging from 'the hidden costs of ad-hoc project management' to 'the soft skills required for today's successful project managers'. Mike has worked in a variety of high-tech and industrial environments, including major Japanese semiconductor makers and European R&D companies.
