Responsible for customers in my area with 700+ workstation. Managed deploying of new hardware, OS and software distribution. Lead ZENworks Asset Management deployment project including setup of
server and distribution of clients to 6000+ workstations. Also lead project for elimination of PC environment anomalies with great success.

Manage Novell NDS migration and consolidation project. Responsible for customer contact, on site and remote migration process, application distribution including OS, application creation and remote deployment.

Manage opening, closing and store operations, as needed. Responsible for customer service managing instore returns and replacements, merchandise refunding. Also responsible for warranty repairs.
